FACTS, CRITERIA AND LIMITS

Our editorial methodology.

Start with a specific question

Every guide has a defined use case and a decision to support. We separate sourced facts, practical suggestions and the limits of the available evidence.

Manufacturer documentation establishes documented capabilities; it does not automatically establish the experience every reader will have.

Verify facts before publication

We retain references and consultation dates in our editorial working files. Articles do not include a systematic bibliography. Contextual credits are retained when a quotation, illustration, code sample or licence requires attribution.

No test result, score, price or personal experience is invented to make an article more convincing. Corrections should identify both the claim and supporting evidence.

French and English, one topic

Each topic uses one shared English URL alias and two editions under /fr/ and /en/. The English article is adapted for English-speaking readers rather than being a French page with an English menu.

Both versions must be reviewed before publication. A substantive revision requires the pair to be checked for consistency again.

Keep commercial relationships explicit

Affiliate links are identified where they occur. We do not select a winner solely to place a merchant link. A recommendation should explain who it suits and who should consider another option.
